For educators
Build the question bank. Print the worksheet.
Turn chatbot output into a syllabus-organised bank, then build a printable question paper with answer keys and worked solutions. Less time assembling tests; more time teaching.
Updated:
Start with the chapter you are teaching
You already have the subject knowledge. The slow part is turning it into a bank of questions, keeping the answer key straight and producing a clean paper. QuizCaddy starts with the questions your chatbot drafts and keeps the rest of the workflow in one place.
- Bulk import 1 to 200 multiple-choice questions in a single batch.
- Use MCP for a connected chatbot, or paste JSON from any chatbot.
- Keep the correct option and worked solution attached to every question.
- Split a very long chapter into batches; the request body is capped at 4 MB.
Built for multiple-choice, not free text
Organise by syllabus, not by chat
File each batch into a folder path such as Biology / Cell structure or Physics / Electricity. Folders support up to five levels, so the same bank can follow a syllabus or your own scheme of work. Folder names are reused ignoring case, and new folders are created only when a deck is actually saved.
Add optional subject, difficulty and exam labels to the questions. Use the subject label for the subject and the exam label for the qualification or paper, so one chapter can serve more than one class.
Duplicate detection uses the question text, the sorted option set and the correct answer. Importing the same chapter again does not create a second copy of questions you already have.
Folders are a paid-plan feature
Turn the bank into a printable worksheet
Open Worksheets and choose the source: a deck, a folder and its subfolders, a topic, open or due mistakes, or all questions. Narrow the set by not-yet-answered, never-answered-correctly, difficulty and exam labels.
Set a title and 1 to 100 questions, then preview the paper before you print. The builder does not shuffle options; answer letters always reflect the option order stored in the question bank.
- Include an answer key with answers in printed question order.
- Add worked solutions under the key. Solutions are unavailable when the key is switched off.
- Add student name, date and class lines for paper-based work.
- Choose one or two columns, question numbering, small, medium or large type, and A4 or Letter paper.
- Shuffle question order without changing the stored option order.
Print or save as PDF
Use a timed run to check the paper
Exam mode can give the same question bank a timed rehearsal. Choose a source, 5 to 200 questions and a 5 to 360 minute limit, then set no negative marking, +4 / −1 or a custom positive and penalty scheme.
The result breaks down score, accuracy of attempted questions, time used and performance by topic. Use it to spot a chapter that is too easy, too long or badly worded before you print it for a class.
A study runner, not proctoring
What progress can you track?
QuizCaddy's Insights and mistake bank are built around one signed-in learner. They show that account's checked answers, accuracy, active days, streaks, topic volume and weakest topics. They do not create a class roster, separate student logins, SSO or a teacher dashboard.
For class progress, print worksheets with the optional name, date and class lines, keep the answer key and mark the work in your existing system. If a student practises on their own account, their mistake bank and Insights reflect that account, not the class.
One account can hold the questions used across several groups, while printed papers can be given to any class. The progress data stays with the account that answered the questions.
No class analytics
Import once, reuse every term
A question bank is more useful in its second term than its first. Reuse the same deck for a worksheet, a timed run or a topic practice session. Add new questions to the same folder path and keep the chapter together.
The Import page shows the rolling question allowance before you submit. New unique questions count against the allowance; existing questions do not count again. Deleting a deck does not restore the allowance.
QuizCaddy does not generate questions or mark handwritten answers. It keeps the bank, the answer key and the reasoning, then turns them into a printable paper.
- Reuse the same bank across classes and terms.
- Filter by exam or difficulty when you need a different paper.
- Use your own run-through and mistake history to spot questions that need clearer wording.
