Terms of service

QuizCaddy is an online study service. It stores multiple-choice questions you import or send through a connected chatbot, organises them into decks and lets you practise and review them. Folders, cross-deck mistake revision, worksheets, exams and insights are available according to your account access.

QuizCaddy does not call an AI or language-model service to generate questions, grade answers or write explanations. Grading compares your choice with the stored answer. Worked solutions come from the imported question set.

Chatbot-generated questions, answers and explanations may be wrong or incomplete. Check important material against reliable sources. Third-party chatbots are separate services and have their own terms and privacy policies.

Use QuizCaddy only where you are legally permitted to do so. If the law that applies to you requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain that permission before using the service.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private and authorise only connected apps you trust. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Do not share passwords or access tokens.

Import only content you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person's rights, attempt to access another account, attack the service, or bypass access controls, usage allowances or rate limits.

You retain the rights you have in your imported content. You permit QuizCaddy to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal obligations, subject to the Privacy policy.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect accounts, prevent abuse, comply with law or address a breach of these terms. This does not remove applicable consumer rights.

The free plan accepts up to 100 new unique questions in a rolling 30-day window. Paid access permits up to 10,000 new unique questions in the same rolling window under its fair-use allowance. These are import allowances, not limits on the total questions you can keep.

Deleting questions or decks does not restore an import allowance. Request-speed limits also apply. Losing paid access does not itself delete your decks, folders or practice history. Tools that need paid access become available again if that access is restored.

Subscription availability is shown on the paid-plan and billing pages. Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Existing paid access continues according to its verified paid period or access grant.

Where subscriptions are offered, the price, billing frequency and automatic-renewal terms are shown before payment. Razorpay processes the payment. A checkout message alone does not establish paid access; QuizCaddy verifies the payment and paid subscription period with the provider.

Subscribers may request cancellation at any time. Access continues through the already-paid period after ordinary subscription cancellation. Account deletion cancels the subscription immediately and forfeits unused paid access. Neither action itself requests a refund. The Refund and cancellation policy explains the applicable rules.

The service may be interrupted or contain errors. QuizCaddy does not guarantee that imported study material is accurate or that using it will produce a particular academic result.

Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Features and these terms may change. The current terms are published on this page with a last-updated date. Any notice or consent required by applicable law remains necessary. Changes do not remove rights relating to payments already made.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to approach a competent consumer forum, court or other authority under applicable law.
