QuizCaddy is an online service for importing, organising and practising your own study questions.
Direct support and privacy requests
Email support@quizcaddy.com for account help, privacy requests, cancellation questions or refund requests. Describe the issue and include relevant payment references where needed. Do not send passwords, access tokens, card details or a UPI PIN.
Individual decks and connected apps can be managed using the linked account tools. Account provides self-service data export and deletion. The Privacy policy explains accounting retention and external copies. The website does not provide a telephone helpline or contact form.

Sign in to manage saved decks and connected apps. The connection guide explains how to send questions from a supported chatbot.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Plan and billing shows whether subscription management is available for your account. When its cancellation controls are enabled, you can request cancellation there. You may also manage a payment mandate through the controls supported by your bank or UPI app.
The Refund and cancellation policy explains eligibility, paid-period access and the information needed to describe a payment issue.
Unresolved payment issues
Razorpay publishes customer guidance for unresolved payment disputes. That process is operated by Razorpay; it is not a QuizCaddy support inbox and does not handle QuizCaddy account or privacy requests.
